摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond electrode, a method of controlling an electroless nickel plating bath using it, and a device for measuring the same. <P>SOLUTION: By using the measuring device which is constituted by connecting an acting electrode comprising a boron-doped diamond electrode of which the dose amount of boron is 1&times;10<SP>19</SP>-2&times;10<SP>19</SP>atoms/cm<SP>3</SP>, a counter electrode and a reference electrode to a potentiostat, first, (1) the potential of the acting electrode is held to a reducing side condition, wherein Ni ions in a sample solution are precipitated on the electrode as Ni, for a predetermined time in the sample solution, (2) the potential of the acting electrode is subsequently held to an oxidation side condition, wherein the surface of precipitated Ni becomes nickel oxyhydroxide (NiOOH), for a predetermined time in the sample solution and (3) the potential of the acting electrode is further scanned up to predetermined potential on the basis of a differential pulse voltammetry method in the sample solution using the potential of the acting electrode in the stage (2) as start potential to calculate the concentration of nickel contained in the plating bath. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
