<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system improved in convenience, easiness, safety, and reduction of costs by using a random exclusive IC tag attached to a hand for achieving security of a cellular phone without requiring special operation or consciousness of a user. <P>SOLUTION: As to security for the cellular phone 1, the IC tag 2 having a random exclusive code/mechanism is attached to a ring 3 or a false nail 4. Alternatively, the IC tag 2 is attached to a nail 5 by an adhesive such as a nail polish. When the cellular phone 1 is operated, opened/closed, or touched by a hand to which the IC tag 2 is attached, a code of the IC tag 2 is read by an IC tag code reader installed in the cellular phone.
