<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable file handling corresponding to both edit and printout of electronic data in storing electronic data in a file server. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor has the file server 2 for storing first electronic data produced by application software in a user terminal 1, and an output means for producing a key document having an identification code corresponding to the first electronic data when the first electronic data is stored in the file server 2.
