<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm operation of medium transfer means even from a place distant from a changer apparatus while containing the maximum number of media. <P>SOLUTION: The changer apparatus includes medium shelves 214 having a plurality of holders for containing a medium, medium transfer means 222 to 225 for removing and storing the medium from and to the medium shelves, light-emitting means 213 that is disposed in the medium transfer means and irradiates a front window 211 with light, and diffusion means 212 disposed in the front window; and spaces through which a person can see an object in a back and forth direction are provided among the plurality of holders. The light-emitting means 213 irradiates the diffusion means 212 with light through the spaces, so that the diffusion means 212 emits light, and consequently the person can visually confirm a position or operation of the medium transfer means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
