<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dropout of an embedded green sheet of a different material from a different material composite green sheet during a manufacturing process when the green sheet is thick, and even when the green sheet is thinned to 50μm or less to further multilayer a multilayered ceramic substrate or reduce the size thereof and to increase a degree of freedom in designing. <P>SOLUTION: In manufacturing the multilayered ceramic substrate, a supporter is not punched through when fabricating the different material composite green sheet by embedding a second green sheet in the prescribed portion of a first green sheet. By always placing the first green sheet on the supporter having no holes, the dropout of the second green sheet can be prevented.
