<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor of thinned structure improved in portability by further promoting the thinning. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor comprises at least a main board 2, a power supply board 3, a built-in battery 4, and a built-in hard disk drive (HDD) 5 contained in a main body 1, which are arranged in a planar manner so as not to overlap.
