IMAGE DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, IMAGE DATA TRANSMITTER, IMAGE DATA RECEIVER, IMAGE DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD AND IMAGE DATA RECEIVING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data transmission system capable of accurately transmitting image data, an image data transmitter, and an image data receiver; and an image data transmitting method capable of exactly transmitting the image data, an image data transmitting method, a data receiver and image data receiving method.

SOLUTION: The image data transmission system is composed of a sending side apparatus for transmitting image data showing images and a receiving side apparatus for receiving the image data sent by the sending side apparatus. The sending side apparatus comprises a clock generator 132 for generating the reference clock of a specified frequency and a sender 133 for sending the image data synchronously with the reference clock of the image data. The receiving side apparatus comprises a send indicator 233 for periodically sending send indication signals to the transmitter of the send side apparatus for indicating the sending timing of image data upon giving a request to send the image data to the sending side apparatus.
