PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operability of a mixing console or the like by making a decision intuitively when a specific function is selected among a plurality of functions by means of an operating knob in a first operating knob group and a plurality of sound parameters of the specific function are set by means of an operating knob in a second operating knob group. SOLUTION: Each function is selected by means of an DYN selection operating knob 1A, an FX selection operating knob 1B, an AUX selection operating knob 1C, and an EQ/PAN selection operating knob 1D. Sound parameters corresponding to selected functions are set by means of volume operating knobs 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d. Luminescent colors of conductive light guides 22 provided in the volume operating knob 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d are varied depending on selection states of the operating knobs 1A-1D.
