摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptic device capable of preventing an electrode terminal from contacting the moisture that agglutinates on an edge of an anisotropic conductive film by pressurization and overheating at the time of implementation, thereby suppressing an occurrence of corrosion, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device. SOLUTION: An output terminal group 19 and an input terminal group 20 are composed of transparent wirings made of ITO films, and are formed on an extended region 18 of a first board 11. An overcoat 31 is formed between the neighborhood of an edge 33 of an ACF 32 and the output terminal group 19 and covers a part of the output terminal group 19. By this arrangement, the overcoat 31 prevents the terminal groups 19 and 20 from contacting the moisture that agglutinates on the edge 33 of the ACF 32 when an IC 22 for driving is attached to the output terminal group 19 and the input terminal group 20 while heat and pressure are applied.
