PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the costs of a disk cartridge with thin and simple shutter constitution. SOLUTION: There are provided: a cartridge main body including a disk accommodation part for rotatably accommodating a disk having first and second sides, a chucking opening part provided to the bottom part of the accommodation part for performing the chucking from the outside, and an opening part for a head provided to the bottom part of the accommodation part to which a head for recording and/or reproducing a signal accesses; first and second shutters provided on the bottom part of the accommodation part for opening or closing the head opening part to the outside; and a rotational member 25 held on the shutters in the accommodation part and engaged with the first and second shutters so that the shutters perform the opening/closing operations by the rotation in the accommodation part. The rotational member includes a disk receiving part 25a having a contact area brought into contact with the outer circumferential part of the second side of the disk to receive the disk when the first and second shutters are closed and a groove provided outside the contact area.
