PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image acquiring device, an image acquiring method and an image acquiring program, in a simple configuration, by which the time-sequential plotting of an image can be estimated even if it is the image on a white board not provided with any function. SOLUTION: This image acquiring device is provided with an image processing part 118 for prescribing outlines of segments from image data obtained by picking up the image of a writing face on which a plurality of segments are written so as to be partially overlapped by operating differential processing to pixel values configuring the segments, and for detecting the overlapping state of the plurality of segments, and for estimating the writing order of the plurality of segments based on the detected overlapping state of the segments.
