PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular bearing device attempting weight reduction and miniaturization and improving durability and reliability of an inner ring caulked and fixed on a hub wheel. SOLUTION: In a vehicular bearing device having the inner ring 3 press-fitted on a small diameter stepped part 2b of the hub wheel 2 and having the inner ring 3 fixed in an axial direction on the hub wheel 2 by a caulking part 2c formed by plastically deforming an end part of the small diameter stepped part 2b radially outward, secondary cutting process is applied on an inner circumference surface 11 of the caulking part 2c and thickness of a end part of the small diameter stepped part 2b is reduced. Consequently, radial expansion force expanding the inner ring 3 reduces and generation of hoop stress on the inner ring 3 can be suppressed without reducing fixing force of the inner ring 3, bearing stiffness and strength of the caulking part 2c.
