PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the wide blow-by area, without impairing structural strength of a unit building. SOLUTION: This woody unit building 1 forms a blow-by part 30A in a floor panel 30 of an upper story building unit 20A; and joins an end part of a wind resisting beam 40 and the other frame materials 31A and 31B by hardware 50, by forming at least one of these frame materials 31A to 31D into the wind resisting beam 40, by partitioning the blow-by part 30A by the mutually crossing frame materials 31A to 31D of the floor panel 30.
