PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition having excellent flexibility and impact resistance especially in a low temperature atmosphere at -40°C and excellent in hydrolytic resistance and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises 0.5-30 pts.wt. polyphenylene sulfide resin (c) and 0.5-30 pts.wt. polyetherimide resin (d) per 100 pts.wt. resin composition comprising 60-95 wt.% polyester resin (a) and 5-40 wt.% olefinic resin (b), wherein the polyester resin (a) forms a continuous phase and the olefinic resin (b), the polyphenylene sulfide resin (c) and the polyetherimide resin (d) form a disperse phase.
