PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a reinforcing board in the part requiring a reinforcement plate, without necessity of laminating work which is troublesome and low in work performance, with high accuracy registration in a one-side flexible printed wiring board (FPWB). SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the one-side flexible printed wiring board comprises the steps of: laminating a metal foil 13 for reinforcement to make a three-layer structure on the back side of an insulator film 11 of a laminate for the one-side flexible printed wiring board which has a copper foil 12 laminated on the one side of the insulator film 11; and leaving the metal foil 13 for the part requiring reinforcement in the one-side flexible printed wiring board and eliminating the metal foil for the other part not requiring reinforcement by etching the metal foil for reinforcement.
