PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for transferring a fluid, in which a pressure value when a valve is closed can be changed. SOLUTION: This apparatus for transferring the fluid is used for controlling the flow of the fluid and is provided with a fluid flow passage and the valve 101 positioned in the middle of the fluid flow passage. The valve is actuated by a pressure difference arising between the upstream side 104 of the fluid flow passage and the downstream side 103 when the fluid flows through the fluid flow passage. When the pressure difference is smaller than a predetermined value, the fluid is made to pass through the valve. When the pressure difference is equal to or larger than the predetermined value, the flow of the fluid is shut off.
