Electronic multifunctional device with resident software to catch financial and nonfinancial transactions both at home as in business establishments, which operates connected to a telephone line. The present abstract refers to an invention patent for a multifunctional device belonging to the field of systems and equipment for electronic transactions, which consists of devices for the interface with the user, including a display (3) and a keyboard (4), a slot type reader device, a DTMF communication device connected through a telephone line (80), with a preprocessing data distribution station (40) to an associate system (60) formed by banks, stores, cable TV systems and other affiliates to the system; said reading device is formed by a magnetic reader (5) and additionally by a barcode reader (6) to read credit, debit and other cards with magnetic tracks belonging to banks and similar institutions and others printed with barcodes such as bills from public concessionaires, bank slips, tax collection documents, catalogs, among others, to pay bills, taxes, make purchases and other financial transactions from the home of the user; or to carryout non-financial transactions such as voting, answer prize contests and others. |
