<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a troubleshooting method and the device of an image forming device which use information regarding to a trouble which occurs in a plurality of image forming devices, and can perform appropriate troubleshooting. <P>SOLUTION: A management device 2 collects and unifies trouble information regarding troubles which occurs in a respective plurality of image forming devices 1 (1-1 to 1-n), and distributes the unified trouble information to the image forming devices 1 (1-1 to 1-n).
