<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout stopper which needs a smaller number of components and is simply assembled. <P>SOLUTION: The spout stopper is composed of a base (1) which has an opening (1a) connected to the inside of a container and is fitted and held in an opening part of the container, and a closing plate (2) connected to this base (1) through a hinge (h) so as to be turned back, and hermetically sealing the opening (1a) of the base (1) by turning-back motion at the hinge (h) as a base point.
