<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program for automatic pattern matching to offer high-quality patterned products at low cost through automating cutting operation along with avoiding unnecessarily using patterned fabric. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises photographed data-receiving means 11 and 16 for receiving the photographed data of patterned fabric spread on a cutting table, a display processing means 11 for displaying the photographed data, a memorizing means 15 for storing the pattern information on the patterned fabric as theoretical value and the shapes and dimensions of the respective constituent parts and positional information specifying the positional relationship between the respective constituent parts and the patterned fabric's pattern, assigned reference point reception means 11 and 16 for accepting the information on the assigned reference points of the pattern, a reference point retrieving means 11 for retrieving a plurality of reference points in the photographed data of the patterned fabric, an actual matrix making means 11 for making an actual matrix for laying out the respective constituent parts based on the reference points retrieved by the reference point retrieving means 11, a constituent parts layout means 11 for laying out the respective constituent parts in the actual matrix, and constituent parts arrangement data output means 11 and 16 for outputting the respective constituent parts' arrangement data to a cutting device side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
