PAPER POST-PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post-processing device including a paper cutter, stably performing cutting processing without any influence on the quality of finished sheaf of paper sheets in cutting the sheaf of paper sheets.

SOLUTION: This paper post-processing device includes a paper cutter for cutting a sheaf of paper sheets, wherein the paper cutter includes: a cutting blade for push-cutting the sheaf of paper sheets; a blade receiving member for receiving the cutting blade; a paper receiving member holding the sheaf of paper sheets with the blade receiving member in a position opposite to the blade receiving member in cutting; and an insert means for inserting the sheaf of paper sheets between the blade receiving member and the paper receiving member, and a static eliminating member provided on the upstream side from the cutting position for cutting the sheaf of paper sheets with the cutting blade seen from the paper sheet sheaf inserting direction.
