<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of suppressing a battery temperature rise and a battery ambient temperature rise caused by heating even if a sealed structure is adopted to secure safety, capable of preventing charge and discharge characteristics and a life time from being deteriorated, and usable for an electronic apparatus requiring a high current. <P>SOLUTION: This battery pack 10 includes a plurality of cylindrical batteries 12, a metallic heat sink, and an electrical insulating material. The electrical insulating material intervenes between the metallic heat sink and the side of the cylindrical battery by closely adhering to them, and the metallic heat sink has a plurality of circular cross-sections along the side of the cylindrical batteries.
