<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable glass ceramic wiring board with a built-in capacitor by preventing electric short-circuiting of the capacitor formed in the glass ceramic wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: The glass ceramic wiring board with a built-in capacitor includes an insulation substrate formed by stacking a plurality of insulation layers 1 made of glass ceramic and the capacitor consisting of a pair of electrode layers 2 oppositely provided across a dielectric layer 3, which is incorporated inside the insulation substrate. The electrode layer 2 is electrically connected to a surface wiring conductor 4 formed on the surface of the insulation substrate via a connection conductor. The connection conductor consists of a through conductor 5 and an internal wiring conductor 6 while the length of the conductor 6 is 1 mm or longer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
