<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to mount on a vehicle a recording part to record state at abnormality occurrence and to keep circumstantial evidence when abnormalties of the vehicle such as damages of glass caused by mischief or splash of pebbles are found by monitoring the vehicle at day and night in an imaging part. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging part includes a night sensor for imaging at day and night. The imaging part includes a device for emitting and receiving light at night and a filter.
