PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk reduction chart allowing the calculation of objective risk values independent of the experience or knowledge of a judging person, and applications using it.

SOLUTION: The risk reduction chart has a "risk estimation" process part allowing the calculation of risk values through answering questions, and a "risk avoidance measure presentation" process part for presenting specific measures to avoid or reduce a judged risk in accordance with the content of the risk. The risk reduction chart is combined with examination means and risk reduction tools to provide a risk care business system.
