<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit sales system, a credit sales method and a credit sales management apparatus that prevent a unilateral increase in risk to a consumer credit company while enabling the purchase of an article/service over a credit line. <P>SOLUTION: By reference to a customer purchase history information storage means for storing purchase history information about every customer, whether the purchase history information about a customer agrees with a credit balance premium condition is determined. If the credit balance premium condition is met, a credit balance premium rate borne by an affiliate corresponding to the credit balance premium condition is computed.
