<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period; to reduce construction cost; to improve yield strength and earthquake resistance; and to economically secure comfortable habitability, by reducing an air-conditioning load by maximally effectively using geotherm, while securing an original advantage of a unit type having a degree of freedom in room arrangement, without making a column shape and a beam shape exist in a room. <P>SOLUTION: This steel frame unit type house building with a basement is formed into an integral frame by stacking an aboveground floor unit 2U of a rigid-frame structure and an aseismatic panel structure by assembling a wall structure 8W and a ceiling structure 8C having the same specification as a unit 1U on the basement unit 1U of the rigid-frame structure and the aseismatic panel structure in the span direction by assembling a wall structure 7W, a ceiling structure 7C and a floor structure 7F for fixing a metallic outside plate 6 to the outside of a core material steel frame 5. The geotherm is accumulated in rubble stones 22 packed in an underfloor horizontal space part 20h of the floor structure 7W in the basement unit 1U, and air adjusted to the substantially geothermal temperature can be supplied to aboveground floor rooms F1 and F2 via wall inside vertical space parts 20v and 23v by introducing outside air to this heat accumulating layer part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
