<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and firmly install a support component on a handrail bar made of a hollow material. <P>SOLUTION: A handrail is constituted by installing a pair of supports 4 on both ends of a hollow handrail bar 2 with screws 3, securing the supports 4 each on a fitting surface A with a fixing means 13 and securing an external cover 15 on the supports 4 to cover the screws 3 and the fixing means 13.
