PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid jet head manufacturing equipment and a method which can level the inside surface of a groove-like indentation for forming a pressure generation chamber, and a liquid jet head. SOLUTION: The liquid jet head manufacturing equipment comprises a first die 51a provided with ridges 53c arranged in parallel at least at a prescribed interval and a cavity 53b formed between the ridges 53c and to form the groove-like indentation 33 by pushing the ridge 53c into a metal plate 55 and a second die 52a to support the metal plate 55 into which the first die 51a is pushed. The ridge 53c is provided with an inwall-forming section 53d to form an inwall 28c in the depth direction of the groove-like indentation 33 and a slope portion 53e to form the bottom 33a of the groove-like indentation 33 into a near V leading to the inwall-forming section 53d and a connecting surface portion 53g to connect the inwall-forming section 53d and the slope portion 53e. A smooth continuous surface 33c is formed in the inside surface of the groove-like indentation 33 by the connecting surface portion 53g. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
