PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic device which is increased in pixel area and improved in display characteristic, a manufacturing method for such an optoelectronic device, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The optoelectronic device including an element substrate including data lines and a plurality of pixel electrodes connected to the data lines through switching elements respectively and an electrooptical material layer held by the element substrate is characterized in that a portion of an electrode is used in common to constitute switching elements corresponding to two electrodes which are adjacent along data lines or adjacent obliquely along the data lines.
