PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluroscopic device for intuitively and easily grasping the fluoroscoping direction and fluoroscoping position of a fluoroscoping object at all times without performing work for checking, etc. the fluoroscoping position, fluoroscoping direction, etc. with fluoroscoping magnification lowered. SOLUTION: An optical camera 5 is provided for photographing the fluoroscoping object W on a specimen stage 3. Prior to fluoroscoping work, the fluoroscoping object W is photographed in a plurality of postures by the optical camera 5 as the specimen stage 3 is driven and stored in a storage device 14. During the fluoroscoping work, an optical image O, which is the closest to an image of the fluoroscoping object W taken along the fluoroscoping direction at the present time, is selected from among optical images stored in the storage device 14 and displayed on a display unit 13, thereby making it possible to intuitively grasp the fluoroscoping direction. By superimposingly displaying a marker M expressing the position of an X-ray optical axis L in addition to the optical image O, it is also made possible to intuitively grasp the fluoroscoping position.
