PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating member which is superior in space efficiency and heat dissipating performance. SOLUTION: An electrical connection box has a heat dissipating board 30 on the surface of which projected or recessed heat diffusion facilitators 35 are formed. This heat diffusion facilitators 35 give the heat dissipating board 30 a surface area larger than one without irregularities, resulting in allowing the heat dissipating board 30 to diffuse heat quickly from its surface to the outside. With the heat diffusion facilitators 35 covering the entire surface of the heat dissipating board 30, the heat dissipating board 30 comes to have its surface area larger than one with the heat diffusion facilitators 35 occupying merely a part of the surface, thus offering further improved heat dissipating performance.
