PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate workability for performing dynamic image processing to generate a dynamic image in real time and realize desired quality for the dynamic image, without using LOD technology. SOLUTION: When an object image displayed on a display monitor 110 is scaled up or down, each part image is added or deleted based on the order of significant value of the part image predetermined according to its distance from a viewpoint. More specifically, when the object image is scaled up, a part image is added which has not been a display object due to its low significant value in the current display state. Meanwhile, when the object image is scaled down, among currently displayed part images and in the ascending order of significant value thereof, a part image is deleted so that it will not be a display object according to its distance from the viewpoint. Thereby, it becomes unnecessary to use so-called LOD technology which replaces for one part image according to its display magnification, and workability for performing dynamic image processing to generate the dynamic image in real time can be alleviated.
