PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size paper money storage allowing paper money delivery while suppressing generation of rejected paper money. SOLUTION: A mechanism vertically moving a stage 160 loaded with paper money P is configured by a pantograph 161. In time of money payment, force pressing the paper money P against a kick roller 118 is generated by an energizing means comprising a twist spring 166, a tension spring 168 and a plate spring 169, a shaft 164 of links 162, 163 is offset not to press the paper money P against a portion except the kick roller 118, and a sheet hindering the delivery of the paper money P interlockingly with a rise of an inner frame 146 is provided such that the excess paper money does not come out in time of the delivery of the paper money P. Shape of the kick roller 118 is set to be asymmetric such that the excess paper money is certainly returned in time of paper money return operation after the delivery by reducing a radius of an arc portion wherein a high-friction member 171 is not installed.
