PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer analysis element with lessened inter-lot difference and intra-lot difference, lessened liquid volume dependency, and enhanced measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: This multilayer analysis element for liquid specimen analysis is a multilayer analysis material for liquid specimen analysis made by layering/unifying at least one functional layer and at least one granular structure developing layer in this order on one side of a water-impermeable and light-transmissive planar support body and is characterized in that the functional layer comprises a not-yet-cross-linked water-soluble polymer.
