PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating ice machine designed to cool ice making water in a water supply tank using residual water of ice making water discharged after the end of ice making operation. SOLUTION: The circulating ice machine is provided with a cooling water tank 31 outside a water supply tank 30, and a cooling tube 32 disposed inside the water supply tank 30. The residual water of ice making water left in the water supply tank 30 after the end of ice making operation, is in a sufficiently cooled state, and the cooled residual water of ice making water is fed to the cooling water tank 31 and the cooling tube 32 through a by-pass tube 43. Ice making water injected into the water supply tank 30 to newly carry out ice making operation is cooled by heat exchange with cooling water in the cooling water tank 31 and cooling tube 32.
