PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary roller screw device reducing contact face pressure at end parts of engagement of a nut screw and a roller screw even when a nut is axially inclined. SOLUTION: In this planetary roller screw device comprising a central shaft forming a shaft screw on its outer peripheral face, a cylindrical nut forming the nut screw on its inner peripheral face, and a planetary roller having the roller screw engaged with the shaft screw and the nut screw on its outer peripheral face and rotating while revolving between the central shaft and the nut, an effective diameter of the nut screw is enlarged at both ends with respect to an axial center of the nut screw.
