PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite prevention foundation structure of a building having termite prevention property without being damaged by termite, etc., at the same time, having no gap allowing termite, etc. to pass and excellent in thermal insulation and its construction method. SOLUTION: The termite prevention foundation structure of the building is a foundation structure providing a termite prevention panel 3 consisting of a plurality of platy polycarbonate resin foams 4 to the inside and/or the outside of a foundation rise section, and as the termite prevention panel 3, a plurality of foams 4 form butt sections 6 in the vertical direction to arrange them in the horizontal direction, and a plurality of steps of the foams 4 are arranged without forming the butt sections 6 in the vertical direction of both of foams 4 in the linear shape to the upper end from the lower end of the termite prevention panel 3.
