PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a right and a left assist rings to a position with freedom to some degree without limiting fitting position of the right and the left assist rings by separating fitting positions of the right and the left assist rings and fitting position of a damper cylinder, while reducing the number of parts items to reduce costs. SOLUTION: In structure for fitting the assist rings of a reach fork lift by fitting the assist ring 1 on both of a right and a left sides of a driving wheel 3 under a rear part of a car body 2 of the reach fork lift, the assist rings 1 arranged on both the right and the left sides are fitted to a right and a left swing arms 4, and the right and the left swing arms 4 are fixed to a connecting shaft 7 arranged to be directed right and left to unify the right and the left swing arms 4 with the connecting shaft 7. This connecting shaft 7 is rotatably fitted to the car body 2, and the unified right and left swing arms 4 and the connecting shaft 7 are swung upward and downward around the connecting shaft 7, and one damper cylinder 9 is fitted over the unified right and left swing arms 4 and the connecting shaft 7 and the car body 2.
