PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision judging device for a vehicle capable of actuating occupant protecting devices appropriately by performing a proper judgement of collision in accordance with the situation of the collision in a short time. SOLUTION: On an S-V map showing the correlation between the change condition amountΔVΔG and the occupant moving amountΔS, an SVG judgement processing part 27 sets the collision judging threshold to specify an actuation permission for the occupant protecting device or non-permission of actuation for a plurality of actuation conditions including a rapid actuation at one stage of the occupant protecting device, a rapid actuation at multiple stages, and gradual actuation at multiple stages for each of a plurality of occupant protecting devices while referring is made to the result from judging whether a collision of the specified magnitude is sensed by a front clash sensor 11, and for each occupant protecting device, judges whether the correlation between the change condition amountΔVnΔGn and the occupant moving amountΔSn has exceeded the collision judging threshold.
