PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting apparatus and an inspecting program of a welded position by which the man-hour of production preparation is reduced and the quality of welding is maintained. SOLUTION: In the welding position inspecting apparatus 10, by obtaining the correct dimension data of a list coordinate value of CAD data as the coordinate information of positions where spot welding is planned by a CAD system 31 or the like, obtaining the actual dimension data of the body coordinate value of position data as the coordinate information of a position where the spot welding is actually performed by a three-dimensional position measuring machine 32 or the like and comparing the correct dimension data with the actual dimension data by a CPU 21 or the like, whether the difference between both data is within a prescribed range or not is judged and this judged result is outputted with a printer device 28. In this way, because it is unnecessary to use a steel measure in the measurement by the three-dimensional measuring machine 32, the generation of artificial errors can be suppressed and higher accurate measurement than the measurement using the steel measure is possible.
