PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work clamp device, preventing deviation of a work holding position or distortion of a work due to fixing of a work. SOLUTION: A substantially semi-spherical receiving hole, that is, a recessed part 27 is formed in a first end part 15 of a clamp arm 13, and a substantially semi-spherical receiving hole, that is, a recessed part 29 is formed in a clamp head 19. One connecting member 23 includes: a projecting part, that is, an arm side end part 31, having a complementary spherical shape to the recessed part 27 of the clamp arm 13 and pivoted on the recessed part 27; and a projecting part, that is, a head side end part 33, having a complementary spherical shape to the recessed part 29 of the clamp head 19 and pivoted on the recessed part 29.
