PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid treatment apparatus in which watertight sealing between a fixing material and a housing is perfect and watertight sealing of a body fluid side can be made without an O-ring as in a conventional apparatus. SOLUTION: The body fluid treatment apparatus (1) is constituted in such a way that a protrusion part (8) is formed at the inner surface of the bottom of a port (3), a groove part (9) is formed at the outer periphery of the protrusion part (8), and a groove part (10) is formed at the top surface of the fixing material (4) and at the outer periphery of the bundle of hollow fibers (5) fixed to the fixing material (4). By welding the port (3) to the end of the housing (2) with ultrasonic waves, the protrusion part (8) of the port (3) is pressed into the groove part 10 of the fixing material (4) to apply pressure from above to the fixing material (4), the fixing material (4) is compressed into the inside of the groove part (10) to keep the liquid tight property of the body fluid side, and the fixing material (4) is pressed and expanded outward to be pressed to the inner wall surface of the housing (2), so that the liquid tight property of the body fluid side is kept.
