<p>A pliers-like tool has handles and upturned blades. Moving the handles together spreads the upturned blades. With the blades inserted into a foreskin opening, prior to spreading the blades away from each other, the foreskin can be stretched. A ratchet extending between the handles retains the blades in a spread apart condition within the foreskin to expand it. Stretching the foreskin opening for about 30 minutes twice a day for 2-3 weeks is enough to expand it to cure phimosis.</p> |
