<p>PURPOSE: A pink LED(Light Emitting Diode) and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to be capable of improving the chromaticity and peak emission of the pink LED by rapidly hardening the mixed powder made of red garnet based fluorescent substance and epoxy resin powder. CONSTITUTION: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) chip(30) is attached to a lead frame(10) by using a conductive or non-conducting adhesive. At this time, the lead frame has a reflector(12). The reflector is then filled with mixed powder, wherein the mixed powder is made of epoxy resin powder and garnet based fluorescent substance. At this time, the garnet based fluorescent substance has a red excitation luminescent characteristic. A heat treatment is carried out at the lead frame for hardening the mixed powder at the temperature of 120-180°C for 1-10 minutes.</p> |
