A lubrication fastener includes a lubrication cell or reservoir (40) adapted to contain a lubricant and a lubrication refilling well portion (50) for temporarily storing the lubricant prior to the lubricant being contained in the lubrication cell (40) . The fastener is used to pivotally connect two blades of a shearing tool. At least two lubrication dispensing channels (42) are provided for dispensing the lubricant to at least one of the blades.
