An object of the present invention is to provide a mobile station, a telecommunications method and a telecommunications system employing a MT-TA Interface description capable of dealing with a handover between different wireless communications methods. In order to attain the aforementioned object, for example, when a wireless channel control part (MTF1) 1 receives a handover request from a corresponding mobile network (NW1) 7, a wireless channel control part (MTF2) 2 communicates with a corresponding mobile network (NW2) 8 to complete a handover procedure on a wireless channel, and a common adaptor part (TAF) 3 switches to a communication with the wireless channel control part (MTF2) 2.
