The device has a lubricant supply line connected to a lubricant container (11). A lubricant valve is located in the line, and a control device (14) is coupled to the valve. The container is arranged such that a lubricant moves out of the container through the supply line to a lubrication point under influence of gravity. The control device controls the valve based on installation-specific parameters of an escalator. |
