<p>A thin-part feeding device that is downsized, easy to clean, and has excellent feeding efficiency. The device has a funnel portion having a feeding opening in the bottom of a funnel and feeding thin parts; a take-out tube disposed while being inserted into the feeding opening from below and taking out the thin parts from the funnel portion; and a receiving portion having a receiving opening for receiving the thin parts coming out from a discharge opening in the lower end of the take-out tube. The receiving portion is provided so as to be movable while covering the discharge opening by the upper surface of the receiving portion. Further, the receiving opening is disposed in the upper surface of the receiving portion, the receiving opening provided in a recessed form with a size that can receive only one thin part. The structure above allows the receiving opening to repeat a state where the receiving opening faces the discharge opening and a state where the receiving opening is away from the discharge opening to enable the thin parts to be taken out from the receiving opening. The feeding device further has a posture-correcting portion, a delivery portion, and a transporting portion. The posture-correcting portion corrects vertical postures of the thin parts. The delivering portion has a delivering opening for receiving the posture-corrected thin parts and delivers them to outside the machine. The transporting portion transports the thin parts from the receiving portion to the posture-correcting portion and from the posture-correcting portion to the delivering portion.</p> |
