<p>The orthesis is assembled of two femur parts movable connected with lateral joints to one tibia part (20). The tibia part (20) is provided at its upper end with two slightly curved slots (40, 50) meeting at the intersection (60) of two circles (70, 80) in an acute angle. The femur part is provided with two bores for the insertion of guiding pins or tappets arranged in a particular angle to the longitudinal axis. Several bores around the outer edge facilitate the insertion of stop elements as required.</p> |
